in your opinion, what's the worst music band?

What do you think is the worst music band? I think 'Simon and Milo' is the worst because the Animation is lousy, The songs literally give me a headache and there's barely any well thought lyrics

Boy Bands will always be here. The Beatles were a boy band when they started out you know. Then there were say the Jackson 5, then some NKOTB, then BSB... whatever. They can sing, the gals like them, they will always be here, accept it.

Anyway, I can't stand Metallica. They get the big L.

Simon and Milo, otherwise known as Prozzak, isn't that bad. To me, they come off as the world of dance pop's answer to the Gorillaz. Not everyone likes them, either. As for bands I hate:

Neil Young
Everything the Rolling Stones have done past the album "Tatoo You".
Boy Bands
Pop "Divas"
Shania Twain
Nirvana
Those rap label comglomerate bands (Bad Boy Family, Cash Money Millionaires/Big Tymers, etc.)

and please guys, like Failure said, this can turn flamey pretty quick, and continuing comments calling bands "Stupid" will do nothing but provoke the fire to spread and catch the frayed ends of this threads sanity (either I'm poetic, or I just typed out a bunch of random stuff).

Now then, back to the ON-TOPIC discussion. we don't need a "no they don't" "yes they do" battle. It's fine to state your oppinion, but at least back it up-- "they suck" simply doesnt' say anything.

I like Korn a lot, but they're definitely not for everyone. I have to say the bands I hate the most are anything with Juliana Hatfield, or any other wispy-sounding alternative girls - esp. Veruca Salt.

LOL. In recall having an album of hers on tape and it was awe inspiring - it gives faith to the hope that one day even the most uneducated spider could get a record deal... Not very good. Please, there is still a lot of accusations with no reasons - this is just going to cause problems. Someone is bound to hit a nerve. PLEASE, if you are going to rain on someones band - that explain why.

As for the comment on the Beatles being a boy band. Hmm, well not really. Only in the fact that they well, were popular men. They were discovered not made, they wrote their own music, they kept to their own integrity.

The first constructed boy bad was the Monkees which still remains rather popular even today...

Will the same be for Nsync in 30-40 years time?

I hate all of rap. All boy bands, All Country and there is probably alot more. Oh and they all suck thats why I hate them. IMO In my opinion

They certainly are one of the more...unique bands out there now! I may be wrong, but maybe they wanted to be more of a novelty-type band to get more notice. That often doesn't work, but they play loud and he yells. Nowadays, that's all it takes for some bands to succeed, it seems.

P.S. I knew someone would say N'Sync, Backstreet Boys, whoever...are a bad band, but think about it. Are they bands? They are called "boy bands," but you never see them pick up an instrument! They have bands, but are not a band themselves.

anyway uh.. i guess i would say anything thats soul or R&B. i just never really appreciated that music. too soft and like that strange groove and their style of singing is something i just can't sit and listen to, although in a lot of cases they have very good voices. i knew people would be mentioning ICP in this thread as soon as i saw it (and fred durst thinks he's the most hated band in the world.. he has nothing on them) and .. ICP owns all. thx.
