Favorite annoying band/artist

Who's music do you like to listen to that the rest of known civilization absolutely despises? Aqua's music is my guilty pleasure. I mean, is there a better song than "Barbie Girl"???? Of course, her voice does kinda remind me of Harley Quinn, and that is always a good thing!

I don't really admit it either, but I find that Aqua has the best music. I've got both of their albums and most of their songs are great.

If I don't want to look like a complete loser at school, I usually pretend to like bands that I think are ok. I'll have a few songs as my favorite's here and there, but after a while, they get boring and stale.

I think Aqua's Cartoon Heroes song is really great, too. What a fun song.

I also like Jewel and there are alot of people I know who don't like her music. There are those who say they start out liking a song but tire of it. I've never tired of any one of her songs.

Who doesn't love the Monkees?!?! They are so awesome! And Davy is so cute...*cough*, anyhoo....I know my friends hate my anime music that I listen to, they call it anicrap, but, eh, they're dorks. I'm not really fond of Brittany Spears, NSync either, but I do catch myself listening and singing along to their music sometimes. I have some friends that really like them. One buddy of mine loves O Town, I'm not really into them whatsoever though. I love BBMak, and so do my girl buddies, but my guy buddies moan when I have it on in my car...but it's my car, so tough luck for them!!!

Hmm........ I like Aqua, but I never considered them annoying and I'm not really ashamed about that.... thinking, thinking.... I really like Vertical Horizon's "Everything you want" even though my ex gave it 2.5 out of 10 (But adopted it as "our song" anyway )

I like Alanis, but that doesn't really count, because I only like her first CD, I loathe any of her stuff beyond that (Except maybe "Uninvited") and she's from Ottawa. It's a loyalty thing.

I am not a fan of teeny bopper music, but there's a few I actually kinda like and will listen too. Such as...

Backstreet Boys - Shape of My Heart, Drowning
Britney Spears - Autumn Goodbye, Crazy
Savage Garden - Hold Me, Crash and Burn (I like listening to this one when I'm feeling down)

The melodies aren't very annoying and neither are the words compared to their other stuff. Well, maybe the Britney stuff still, but hey the melodies are catchy.

What I'm not ashamed of admitting is that I love 80's music. I like listening to Depeche Mode, Duran Duran, New Order, David Bowie, Berlin, etc. My friends aren't too fond of the 80's and cringe when any of these songs come on the radio.

P.S. The Monkees are cool.
