Daredevil, no question.
Who do you think is the Animated Batman's equivolent in the animated Marvel universe?
Edited by Jim: Edited to make the topic Animated related.
"Beneath this mask there is more than flesh. There is an idea..... and ideas are bulletproof." -V
Daredevil, no question.
"There is an idea of a Patrick Bateman; some kind of abstraction. But there is no real me; only an entity, something illusory. And though I can hide my cold gaze, and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping yours and maybe you can even sense our lifestyles are probably comparable... I simply... am not... there."
if you can exlcude the power of telepathy, telekenisis, and 25% bionic arm/eye from Cable, then yeah -- I'd go with Cable.
Then again he focuses all his powers to prevent the flesh-eating virus he has from spreading to the rest of his body. meh, I guess it cancels out.

Another vote for Daredevel! From ME!! Brutal!!!
Even more so than Daredevil, Marvel has had quite a number of Batman "knock-off" characters--
There's Nighthawk (first a villain, then a hero, and then the "Batman" stand-in over in The Squadron Supreme).
There have been Batman parody characters, like Nosferata the She-Bat over in the She-Hulk comic.
There have been characters that have followed Batman's origins, reasons for being, and methods like Night Thrasher.
Characters (like Nosferata) that DC told Marvel to cease-and-desist, like Bat-Wing (a Man-Bat knock-off from the pages of The Untold Tales of Spider-Man).
Currently, there is an OBVIOUS Batman knock-off with his own SERIES at Marvel. I believe he's called Owl-Hawk (or maybe Hawk-Owl) and he appears in the monthly book ULTIMATE ADVENTURES, part of Marvel's U-Decide stunt.
There's probably A LOT more that I'm missing.
Now, with all THAT said, I'd be guilty if I didn't admit that one of my all-time favorite Marvel superheroes is, in fact, a Batman knock-off. MOON KNIGHT! God, I just loved the entire Moench/Sienkiewicz run of Moon Knight. What a book!
DC themselves have either produced (or inherited) a healthy chunk of Batman inspired characters: the Watchmen's Nite Owl, Astro-City's The Confessor, The Authority's Midnighter, and I'm sure we've seen one or two over in Top Ten (most notably, The Hound).
Just remember, imitation is the sincerest form of... well... wanting to cash in on someone else's genius.
And, after all, wasn't Batman ORIGINALLY a tip-of-the-hat to characters like The Shadow, The Bat, and Zorro? Ah well... enough of this blather. Back to work...

I think Moon Knight is another "batman based hero" with a similar fighting style ,silver moon darts, a rich playboy type secret identity , gadgets like helicopters, ect.. but he had no rogues gallery like batman's and his origin was different as well..tony stark is another rich playboy type and as Iron man, he relies on a "suit" with gadgets with a secret lab to hide his identity from the world.(even sidekicks like war machine to help) I think almost every marvel hero has borrowed from batman and superman in their own origins when they were created back in the early sixties.
Who is Animated Batman's equivolent? I'd say THE ULTIMATES CAPTAIN AMERICA
whats more I think Ultimates Cap would beat the Dark Knight in a fight.

Read THE KRYPTONIAN (my graphic novel)
I'll definitely give you Spawn Storm1288. Then there's obviously Wolverine in his "Everyone of my team mates are scared of me, but I get the job done." appeal.

Gotta go with everyone else's vote and say Daredevil.
I thought Daredevil was blind (or half blind or something). The only one I could think of coming close is Iron Man since his alias is rich (and Bruce needs the Batman suit).
