Question about X-men: Evolution toys

Do you know where I can get any pictures of wave 4 of the X-men: Evo toys and do you know when they come out.

First off, there is no word or proof that a wave 4 even exists. Lotsa rumors(such as Rogue), but so far...nothing. We got a box of "X-Men Evolution Wave 4" at work('wave' is toystore talk for "series"...so..), so I got excited and decided to personally pop them on the shelves, being as I hadn't even heard of a series 4. BUT, all it turned out to be was a Wolverine in civilian cloths(the leather jacket, jean pants, and cowboy hat figure that came with the motorcycle), as well as rereleases of Cyclops, Spyke, and Nightcrawler. I was a little pissed! Hahaha....

So, as of now, I guess series 4 are just rereleases. Now that season 3 has started, maybe Toy Biz has some new figures in mind? Here's hoping we get Gambit!

I hear that the new "wave" of figures actually says Series 5 on the box, which confused me to no end. I have all the figures from their first release, so I'm gonna skip over this (I'm still looking for Series 3 tho, as it seems they were never released in Western PA). And what ever happened to the X-Jet w/ Professor fig and the X-Van?
