why does ABC Family show spidey out of order?

I thought once it was on a weekday schedule, they were gonna start showing all eps in order from #1... but then in week three, they skip from BATTLE OF INSIDIOUS SIX to TABLET OF TIME [which skips a few eps, including the XMen teamup].

WHY would they do this on a show that has NUMBERED CHAPTERS???

You got that right. Spider-Man (1995) has been a part of the ABC Family schedule since the new lineups premiered in March and they still haven't gotten to the end and have always wound up skipping episodes.

My only reply is that, in their eyes, it's just filling a space in the lineup and isn't on the high-priority list of shows. They're definitely giving A-list treatment to the three shows to which is has exclusive U.S. rights (Beyblade, Medabots, Tokyo Pig), and Power Rangers Wild Force, for which it is providing a vital repurposing service.

It's almost useless at this point to ask why ABC Family hacks Spider-Man. To them, it is just a high-profile filler. Name something Spider-man and people will watch. Admit it, even though we are mad that the episode order is always messed up, we still watch.

Hey n8twing,
I agree; I hated when they would show the episodes out of order. A while back I was following the saga where he was mutating, but I think they never showed the ending. I was upset then, but now they've gone and cancelled the original X-men which made me even more upset. ABC Family seriously needs some straightening out.
