It was pretty much humor clips from Season 1 illustrating that even superheroes need time off, then the announcement comes at the end. It's supposedly kicking off with an hour-long primetime event.

It would be funny if they kept this titling method up throughout the season. Knowing that these will probably be origin episodes does remind me of what has personally been a misstep on the writing room's part. There should have been at least been some Spidey villains that were established Spidey villains before he joined SHIELD. Was he seriously just facing jobbers like Paste Pot and The Melter during his first year? That might have been enough to make me just quit and stick to high school.

Good to see some Spidey villains finally make their debuts on this show. Can't say I'm actually excited for the 2nd season, but USM was getting better towards the end of S1, and I'm betting at least the character designs will be cool.

Man those titles aren't subtle at all about their content... but I do like how right off the bat in season 2 we're getting a slew of Spidey villains to make up for the lack of them in season 1.

While I'm hoping that the writing quality of USM has improved between seasons, barring that I think that at least the designs for the classic villains showing up will be good.

Well, it looks like they're going to try to make up for lost time with the whole "lack of Spidey villains" shtick in season 1. Whether the writing will improve is another story, but we'll find out in January I'm sure.

Just realized that the Lizard is in the new promo. Must have thought it was the Goblin before because he's about as big and only shown for about half a second. And I probably wasn't looking closely...

Yeah, I guess the days of the man sized lizard are long gone. If he's half as scary as TSSM Lizzy, I'd be pleased though.

I thought that was Lizard. I did not comment because I too figured that maybe it was Goblin. Not really too fond of the design but well lets see it in action, also lets see how sympathetic he is.

It sure is nice they're putting in a lot of thought in for these titles.

It also reflects how much effort is being put into the show in general.

I'd withhold judgement of season 2 until we actually see it. The titles are oddly succinct but I think that's done intentionally to address one of the many complaints about season one, the lack of true Spider-Man villains.

Also, Jamie Foxx was JUST confirmed as Electro. Way, way, waaaaaaaaaaay too late.

Complaining about the lack of Spider-man villains here would be like complaining about the lack of Batman villains in Batman the Brave and the bold yet you rarely saw that. Really them not using many Spider-man villains did not bother me. It makes sense when he teams up with another hero that they use that heroes villains and not one of Spider-mans.

Also simple episode titles don't bother me ether.
