    Anyone been wathcing XMen Evolution?

    Like This Thread!
Season 2 is amazingly better than Season 1. The dialouge has lost all the unbearable amount of "like" s and the action is still decent. I find myself actually excited to watch Xmen now, unlike the first season which I stopped watching halfway through. It was too painful to like see Cyclops like talking like all valley boy like. Fer sure.

    lol.

I haven't been watching season 2..yet...from the sounds of it, maybe I should....

maybe if there is a really ground-breaking episode or somthing.

On another note, the new Storm X-Men Evolution figure is rather sweet lookin'..might have to buy it..

    Well....

--the animation is better, the voicework has improved somewhat (Kitty's less chirpy and Valley, and I guess I've gotten used to Logan sounding Texan), and some of the scripts are reminiscent of the Fox version (esp. the one with Jean trying desperately to control her budding powers). But there's still a clunker or two in the mix, like "Badda Boom" and "Beast of Bayville". I'll be furious if they don't at least give Magnus a decent backstory....

    Re: Well....

Yeah, it's gotten better. I enjoy season two much more than the first. But has anyone noticed how less and less emphases is place on the adult team members? Heck, i think last Saturday's ep was the first time i've see Storm all season. I am glad that they haven't over dosed on the new X-men.

Yep, X-Men:Evolution is the only show on Kids WB! right now that I actually really look forward to watching. It's not great, but it's pretty good. I'm hoping some of the second seasons for shows premiering later in the Kids WB! season (Zeta Project, Static Shock) improve like X-Men did.

So far, from what I hear, they completely wrecked Boom-Boom and Beast, and Kitty is flakier than ever. I'll pass...

after a couple episodes of the first season i stopped watching it, then for the heck of it, i watched one episode this season, i saw one were the x men and the bad guys(blob, quick silver and some other) got in a fight at soccer game. i didnt like the episode at all. the part that got me the most was when prof. x blocked 100 pluss peoples memory, sheesh.

Mixed feelings I see. I'm not a comic purist so it doesn't bother me when they change origins. Though if you ask me Beast wasn't all that much different then the comic origin. Other than the fact he was a high school teacher. Anywho. I'll post a question bout another WB cartoon I like.

Beast looks weird, I dont really like his design. Otherwise, season 2 has been much better than season 1. Less smarmyness, more seriousness.

Speaking of Boom-Boom, how did the episode with her end? My local WB network went fuzxzy after Avalanche noticed Boom-Boom and Kurt together.

    Well, Batman--

--I won't spoil it for you."Badda Boom" will rerun on Nov 11. I can sympathise, because up until two months ago my reception was evil (still is on the west coast feed, but the east coast feed from NYC has improved a lot since the Emergency Number Bombing--very odd).
If you just can't wait, you can read my review over at the Warner Bros. Club (use search). For the record, I was very negative....

Thanks for telling me this. I didn't care too much, but I wanted to find out for a couple of friends who were watching it too. It was the channel itself, because I was watching it at home and I have cable there, and all the other channels were fine.
