I found THIS link in the CN INternational thread wchich says Transformers G1 & MLP:FiM will air on CN Europe, but I don't know it that includes CN UK.

Could they legally bring back Tirak? They might not have the rights to him, but in a perfect world, I would love for him to return in season 2. He could have the darkness that turned Luna into Nightmare Moon.

Man, of all the shows to get into to....why did this have to be good?

Could someone more informed tell me how important it is that Faust is stepping down for next season? That seems bad and dumb. >=(

Well, nobody outside of the staff knows the full story behind it (and probably never will), but she said that she did set up most of the stories (and apparently a story arc) for the second season, so her input will definitely be there. It's just post-production she's not involved in.

She didn't step down completely from Season 2. She was still heavily involved with pre-production (scripts and story ideas); it's only post-production she won't be involved with. The reason she said she was gone was because pre-production wrapped up a few weeks ago.

And the other crew members have already stated they'll stay faithful to her vision, so there's very little to worry about for S2. Season 3 should be the real worry (if it's greenlit).

Maybe the critical success of MLP got her the attention she needed to start getting her own original ideas off the ground, leaving little time for FiM. But that's just speculation.

For someone who doesn't care for the G1 cartoon, S2 sounds like it's going to be following in it's footsteps with more actual villains and longer story arcs.

I mean they somehow built a good show out of a cynical toy selling ploy, don't screw it up now!

Wow, I actually wouldn't mind a full version of this song done in the same style of California Gurls. I thought the original song was OK, but the music video sure was something else. Now we just need to make Pinkie Pie sing a Lady Gaga song and everything will be golden.
