New episodes are back, on a new night and time. They probably should have done this sooner.

Jack tries to be impressive, with Bumblebee's help, but Knockout's arrivals sends things out of control.

I've been watching this series a little bit as of late and it isn't bad in my opinion, but it isn't anything I plan on going out of my way to watch on a weekly or daily basis, my thoughts on this series are basically the same I share with Battle Force 5. I like it but don't love it and I plan on catching it when I can instead of hunting it down, maybe they will air an episode soon that will sweep me off of my feet and change my mind on the show, but as of now I'll just enjoy it when I can.

I'll probably get slaughtered for saying this, but I totally miss Transformers: Animated.....

Then put me on the chopping block, too! CN and Hasbro bailed waaay to soon on that property.

Anyhoo, decent enough episode.... action... comedy. The execution seemed better than most.

The plot itself is unremarkable, but this episode is a far deal better for me personally because it does focus on characterizations. It's nothing to sing about, but it gets the point across: Jack wants to impress girl through drag racing and simultaneously confront the bully at the same time. He gets more then he can chew, learns a lesson, and gets a bit of good karma for that by giving that girl a ride. Simple and straightforward. I also want to add that I liked that one tiny scene where Arcee tells Jack to stay put before she goes off to fight. He does so immediately without hesitation or word and I love it because it's consistent with his careful, cautious nature.

It's too bad Arcee herself wasn't as well-developed. I thought the episode was going to broadcast some develop for her alongside Jack by showing that despite her maturity, she can have a "rebellious" side. The beginning proved that when she pridefully rode against said bully because he provoked her (er, well, "Jack's bike"). I figured we'd get some issue on her prideful nature (heck, any reason for me to keep thinking she's TFA Prowl's counterpart who's blatantly my favorite character from that show. ^^), but we didn't. A missed opportunity, I must say, especially since she hasn't gotten a big role since the pilot episodes.

Still, an overall decent offering. I still want a Ratchet-based episode, he's my current favorite in this series.

I don't know about you guys, but I hope they do more of those "simple plots, lots of character" episodes. The Decepticons in this show are awesome.

While I could care less about the kids and the Autobots are in some need of character development/characterization (especially Optimus), the Decepticons are pretty interesting and entertaining.

I must say that I like Knockout's character. It's probably because he seems to have more personality than most of the Autobots in just two appearances. That and I find his vanity amusing.

Is trying to pin down whether Starscream really wants Megatron dead or not. There are times where he wants the guy dead, but he also gets on Knockout's case about not repairing Megatron and going on joyrides. Eh, I'm leaning towards wants Megatron dead but is putting on a show for the rest of the Decepticons. That being said and all, hopefully Megatron gets revived soon. Starscream as leader isn't working out for me.

One last thing: Where was Ratchet? He didn't appear at all in this episode, and there was no mention of him at all. If the cast was much bigger, I probably wouldn't care. But since there's only five Autobots, it struck me as odd.

Starscream doesn't want Megatron back, he was just being a dick to Knockout.

That's one of the few things Starscream likes better than betraying, being a jerk

I'm officially in love with Arcee now.

Glad I'm not the only who loves this version of Arcee.

I do hope that Megatron won't wake up for a very long time. The moment he appeared in this show in the mini-series, all he displayed was that he was some kind of brute that had some zombie-powers. Even if nobody shows respect to Starscream, he's at least cunning and does actually behave smart. Or at least, a lot more smarter than angry Megatron.

I think I liked this episode. I also like Arcee more here than in G1. I felt that in G1 she never really had a big role. SHe was just there to be a female Transformer. In this show, she is a main character, and she can fight.

It was kind of funny seeing a Decepticon who entered races, but he is a car, so I guess it makes a weird kinda sense...

If Megatron does wake up, I hope he busts Starscream, not because I dislike StarScream, but because I think that Megatron just shouldn't forgive him that easily.

Man, Megatron is still out of commission, . I guess they are waiting until the end of the season or the mid-way point.

Well yeah, that's a given. And I'm pretty sure that Megatron will try to kill Starscream the moment he wakes up, because the series seems to be that predictable, and would be in line with angry-smash-Megatron.

Since when is Prime Megatron dumb angry smash? He was only angry against Starscream, who didn't do much other than bow down, RUIN HIS SHIP'S SPACE BRIDGE TARGETING DISH and state the obvious trying to get credit with him.

Every time else he was smiling amused at dark energon's power and taunting Optimus, he may look like movie Megatron but he's no "Angry Dumb Muscle".
