The last episode was amazing. I had some concerns about this series early on, but if it keeps up its current quality, it may very well become one of my favorite shows on television.

Vowing revenge against the animal shelter because of the non-stop barking.

This episode was a riot. I haven’t laughed that hard in a long time. I know I questioned before how bad of a friend Dan is, and why Chris continues to put up with him, but he such a bad friend in this episode that I couldn’t help but to laugh. It was also nice seeing Elise’s reaction to what happened; it’s nice to see a happily married couple in animation that genuinely love one another. I also liked how they made Dan simply free the animals and still blow up the animal shelter instead of abandoning his plan altogether, and the fact that he left the hippie inside made it all the more hilarious. It does seem that some aspects of our society put more value on animal life than human life, but I digress.

But the ending… I’m still laughing! It was rather suggestive for a family program I didn’t see that coming at all. I know the two ambulance workers mentioned earlier in the episode that most doctors aren’t doctors, but still… Hilarious.

I know I've yet to comment on Dan vs. episodes until now, but I've been enthusiastically following them though out the premiere.

I was at first slightly put off by Dan's lack of compassion for the animals but he redeemed himself by his decision in the end.

That said I was in laughing quite a bit by his handling of Chris while unconscious especially rolling the windows up on him to name just one of many instances.

Quite a clever show with an uproariously funny episode this week.

Like I said in the news and discussion threads this show is great. This episode was really funny, and I can't believe I fell for the "seafood" diet joke.

It was a great episode I was curious about how exactly this episode would play but was extremely satisfied with the outcome it was so funny on the level of Dan vs New Mexico, and the wolfman. I found it funny how Dan takes advantage of Chris and everything but still cares for him based on the I'm just kidding I would never leave you.

The last scene happened because Dan doesn't have insurance so they sent the actor that plays a doctor to him. If you remember he was switched Chris with the broken arm guy the paramedics said wow this guy has good insurance he'll get to see a real doctor and not the guy that pretends to be one.

I honestly had to cringe at all Dan was putting poor Chris through in this one but as always the dialogue was a complete delight. I'm really liking the running gag with the paramedics. And that ending... was slightly uncomfortable, Jeff Bennett sounded all kinds of creepy as that "not doctor".
