Blake & Mortimer: Why? Because it's my favorite comic, that's why. It has mystery, suspense and sense of wonder. Not to mention great plot and artwork and when I think that it's propably going to lose against yet another superhero comic, I can't help but feel a bit sad *plays the violin*.
Oh, and "The Long Halloween", because I've never heard of "Tammy" before.
