Getting in my 3 cents before the Mods swoop down I admire kaligurl for risking it...

Dalek's had this mesmerist or whatever for a while which brings down the novelty factor but the photo is clear, and picture itself still IS amusing and I'm a big fan of hypnosis (as long as I'm on the one doing the hypnotizing) so I give it a big fat 8/10!

EDIT: CoolSSJEnergy, my icon is a little .gif of 2k-tan from the OS-tans which are cult fan-made Japanese manga-style mascots on the various windows operating systems. There's a lot of perverted images of them of course, but this one was relatively tame and as I use Windows 2k, I thought I'd put out the appropriate avatar.

Also, I tried to do an actual analysis of the icon in an effort to defy the mods and make the thread more viable. Shutting up now!
