Footer Suggestion

Can you please repeat the header toolbar, i.e. "Control Panel, Register, Rules, etc." at the bottom of a page (footer) as well? Sometimes after reading a long page, it would be convenient to find it at the bottom of the page as well instead of having to scroll back up to the top. Thanks!

Unfortunately, sometimes convenience and conservation of resources don't go hand in hand.

In order to run this site as efficiently as possible, we have to be careful of how many images we have a page load. 10,000 people loading even a small image or extraneous text adds up.

So, maybe in the future. But not at this time.

Well how about getting rid of the "New Post" button within a thread. Those getting annoying sometimes when you don't pay attention to what you're clicking.

But there are people like me who read posts, and then start a new thread by clicking that button. Paying attention to what you click would solve the problem.
