There is no limit, HOWEVER, if we notice that there are excessive images in a post, they will be removed. If you want to show off lots of images, it's better to provide links to them than innundate a post with them.

Yeah, that just plain sucks when I'm at home on my dial-up connection and someone has a ton of pictures in a post. I say a good rule of thumb is if you have more than 1 meg of pictures, use links.

no i pressed the smiley button a lot of times and then when i clicked submit reply it said there were to many images and that includled smilieys

The maximum number of images per post is 50.
