Toonzone Forum Android app doesn't seem to work right...

Every time I try to start it now, it gives me the same error:

The remote server sent an unknown response. This could be a result of the forum software plugin being outdated or having a conflict.

Can this be fixed?

Okay. Let me know if it still happens tonight and I'll take a look at it further. I'll need to take a look on my husband's phone. I only have iOS on me and that's working. Anyone else having this problem?

Same for my phone. It was up Monday morning but when I checked in the afternoon, it stopped working. It works fine for my iTouch though.

The developer is going to make a change to one of our settings and will then push it out to the network. I don't know how long that'll take yet. Once he confirms it's done. I'll let you guys know and we'll see if that fixes the problem.

There may be something wrong with the iOS app as well. I'm using a 4th generation iPod Touch with iOS 5.1.1. (the most recent version of iOS). It worked just fine (sort of; it lagged, even crashed sometimes) until today. The first time I tried to open it today, I got a "connection timed out" error. This had happened before, so I uninstalled, then reinstalled it, but now I'm getting a "permission denied" error every time I open it. I tried logging out then back in, then I tried uninstalling/reinstalling it again, and then tried logging out then back in again, all with the same result.

Any word on the Android app yet. This is starting to get very annoying as I have a hard time browsing toonzone on the computer. The app made it so much easier for me to read posts and whatnot. The site layout isn't all that good, IMO which is why I'd always use the app.

You should be able to close the app without having to install and uninstall it every time. If you double tap the button on your iPod Touch, it should pull up all of the apps you have active. Hold the icon down until the icons start moving and the little red minus symbol appears. Tap the minus symbol and that'll close out of the app.

I have iOS 5.1.1 as well and am running it with no issue (outside of the occasional crashes and time outs). Let me know if the issue continues tomorrow.
