    Thread reply request...

    Like This Thread!
There have been 290 users who read this thread I made concerning the DVD/Blu-ray release of SPIKE's original docu-fictional series 1000 Ways to Die. However, there have been no replies since I posted it.

Can someone reply in that thread, please? Thanks.

Begging for posts comes off as spam, you know. I know I didn't post in it because I don't watch that show. Perhaps others are in the same boat. There's also the possibility that a bunch of those views came from guests who don't have accounts.

    Just be patient.

Just some friendly advice, take it or leave it.

If you want more responses to your threads, you have to put a little more thought into them. The problem with your thread is that it asks a question no one here knows the answer to and then just states a few opinions and facts with no room for debate. The only way you're going to get an answer is if someone from the show who happens to know sees the thread, and that ain't likely.

To get more responses, think about the purpose of the thread. It should be intended to start a conversation between people. So, another way to approach your thread might have been to ask if anyone else is a fan of 1,000 Ways to Die. Then ask if anyone else would like to see a DVD release, if they've heard any news on it, and how likely they think a release would be. It's still kind of a limited topic, but that solicits a broader range opinions from others.
    And stay out of Riverdale!

Some people simply just like to browse more than post is really all it is. Not to mention you're talking about an area of the forum that is not as browsed as the other parts of it.

Don't take it too badly if somebody doesn't respond, it probably just means that other people don't really know what they can say to contribute is all. It also could be that somebody isn't simply aware of that particular subject and etc. You might want to ask a bigger question or something that catches one's eye a bit more if you really want to get comments on that particular dvd or what not.

In the end, don't take it too hard. I thought your thread was fine honestly, I've seen threads that have even less detail become rather popular in some odd ways.
