Publicity for a project?

Hello everyone! I've been working on an animation related project for a time and I have tried to garner some publicity for it. But I've tried multiple ways of getting attention for the project, with no luck anywhere.

That brings me to my question. I've edited a video that's intended to promote what some collaborators and I are doing. My question is, can I post it here? And if so, in which part of the forums?

And before you ask, I'm not trying to make money or anything. I just want to raise awareness for the project.

Put a link to it in your signature. Many people here have links to various things like other forums or their DeviantArt accounts, so you could do the same thing with your video. I'm sure people will see the link and check it out.
