I think there should be, if there's a big enough audience to warrant it. Until then, I think they should continue posting Non Toonami anime on AniGen.

I think there's an audience for it, but I'd say that the Toonami board has siphoned off a good portion of the anime talk from AniGen. And I suspect that in coming months the Adult Swim board will take in even more. I doubt there will ever be the demand for a separate anime board, unless someone creates an all anime network.
