I figure that we'll have to use the "get more smileys" pop-up window eventually, so it doesn't matter if some of those are larger than usual. Whatever size you can make the Big-Smiley-Bosko-Head™ smiley, and have it look good, is fine by me!

Did you just shrink the image or did you do it pixel-by-pixel? I urge you to spare no expense in making the best possible Bosko smiley (especially one that looks good on a white or grey background, since that's where it'll be used the most, i.e. the TTTP).

I did a hybrid technique, shrinking the image, and repainting it, bit by bit. I'm currently working on repainting it one more time...
