Man finds comic book worth $100,000 being used as wall insulation

He was remodeling his old house of which the builder cheaply used newspaper as insulation....and apparently intact comic books.

Now he should have enough cash to finish the job and then some.

Years ago I've asked everyone why they like Regular Show, what makes it so popular and such, now that more episodes have been cranked out I will ask again.



I've seen several episodes myself including the "emmy award winning" episode (Eggscellent), and each time I was underwhelmed if I'm honest, partially because for most of the episodes the formula was the same, but I want to hear from everyone else.

We can say what we hope to see in the Turtles upcoming season in the fall. Here's what I hope:

-Mona Lisa 2012 version
-Monsters vs. Alien crossover (just a thought since Mikey and BOB would be instant buddies)
-Casey Jones
-Karai finding out she's Miwa and what happened to her mom.
-Fishface showing a softer side and more about his past.
-More on April's mom

It's scheduled for release on September 10th, and Amazon is currently taking pre-orders for it.

They're really doing a good job with these. Hopefully they'll pick up the pieces and do a set for Digimon Savers/Data Squad. Maybe they'll even do the other movies soon.

Today Amazon introduced Kindle Worlds, a platform for self-publushing fan fiction. That's right, Amazon is going to pay fan fiction writers royalties for their work in licensed fandoms, starting with Gossip Girl, Pretty Little Liars, and The Vampire Diaries.

Terms and conditions: It's also worth noting that Amazon will not accept content with pornography, crossovers, or "offensive content." In essence, they seem to be crowd sourcing gen tie-in novels for these licensed properties.

So, thoughts about Amazon seeking to monetize the works of fan communities?

Today EA has said that they are working on Nintendo systems shortly after they said that they will no longer do Wii U games, seeing that EA has said that they do have more then 1 Nintendo system SDK unit and that they are no longer doing Wii U games points to that Nintendo is replacing the Wii U with something like the PS4 & Xbox One, mind you that EA's main focus for this year is the PS4 & Xbox One, but they do have SDK kits for more then 1 Nintendo system (the 3DS), if you what to share your views on this, please let me know.

So which series that are two of the most well known harem do you like better? Ranma 1/2 or the Tenchi Muyo! anthology.

Granted there is a big difference, Ranma is one constant series, while Tenchi is more of an anthology relaunches, though if you just want to include the original canon okay. I don't know if makes much of a difference since this poll should be more character driven than plot driven.

I love them both, Ranma is hillarous, though I don't like Ranma perverted sensei, I wish he would go away, as well as Kuno's sister.

Tenchi is hillarous too, though maybe not as wacky as Ranma.

I think I perfer Tenchi Muyo, I find the characters more likeable for the most part, especially if you compare Tenchi to Ranma, Ranma sometimes can be a jerk, Tenchi is always likeable. And the girls are more like friends to each other than the girls on Ranma. Though Tenchi only has two girls that really fall blown rivals for his effection, so it might not be a harem persay.

Seeing that the Xbox One just show it self for the first time, I can safely say that were are heading into another crash, bigger then the one in 83, seeing that the Wii U is the only system of this gen with any redeemable qualitys and is the Master System all over again (a great system, but has a niche market and has little 3rd party support), the PS4 & Xbox One are the 5200 all over again (cripple PCs when the 5200 was a cripple Atari 8-Bit computer, No BC & with most of the games getting PC ports, why bother getting them, at least the PS4 has streaming BC as it's only redeemable thing).

If anyone is thinking the same thing, please let me know.

Imagine a new era of gaming where your games are stored on an online server, no pesky game CDs or cases sitting around your house, no need to get the Camry going, no need to deal with "Would you like to pre-order...", every game can be at your console for a price.


On the other hand you won't be able to share your games nor play them offline, and forget about selling them or buying them used, thats old school.


Should gamemakers move to relying on just Cloud networks? Or should we stick with the traditional disc-based system?


I say that we stick to CDs and such, but then again I still use a VCR.
