It's gonna be a great sports weekend

Bring it on, this looks to be a great weekend for sports fans and here's a sample of what's on tap this weekend.

    COLLEGE FOOTBALL:
Florida State vs. Miami...Take the canes and the seven points in this matchup..Canes win streak goes to 28.

Oklahoma vs. Texas...Number one ranked Oklahoma goes down to Dallas to take on the long horns.Look for a blowout from Oklahoma

Pittsburgh vs. Notre Dame....Panthers with a great offensive line, will be tough for the fighting Irish defense to stop.Could be a possible route!

Ohio State vs. Winsconsin....Buckeyes have played poorly in their last four games despite winning those games and will playing on the road for the first time this season.Look for an upset here by the Badgers.

USC vs Stanford..Pac 10 matchup with two teams going into different directions.Stanford with no defensive line will not be able to contain the Trojans high flying powered offense in the key matchup.

    NFL:
Green Bay vs. Kansas City...Don't bet against Farve at home."Nuff Said"

New England vs. NY Giants...Look for the Giants to bounce back in this game against an injury plagued Patriots team.

Philadelphia vs. Dallas..Cowboys are the worst 3-1 team in the league, as the Eagles offense is back on track.Could get ugly down in the big "D" and I smell a blowout in the Eagles favor.

Oakland vs. Cleveland...After an embrassing loss to the lowly Bears last week, the Raiders limp into the dog pound where they'll be facing an improved Browns offense led by Tim Couch. It will be a long day for the Raiders in Cleveland.

Denver vs Pittsburgh..This could be an interesting matchup, especially if Broncos quarterback Jake Plummer doesn't start in this game.Could be a bounce back game for the Steelers after getting blown out last week by the Browns.

    MLB.
    ALCS
NY vs Boston games 3 and 4..I love upsets and Boston has the advantage in these next three games with their home crowd behined them.Look for Martinez to outduel Clemens in game 3 and Wells to have a rough outing up in beantown, where Wells has a loosing record up in Boston.

    NLCS
Next two games will be sure not miss with the Cubs looking to advance to their first league championship in 58 years.Cubs will be crowned NL champions!

    Enjoy everyone

There is a whole lotta sports to watch, out of the things Nelson mentioned here is my "To watch list"

    COLLEGE FOOTBALL:
Florida State vs. Miami - Many people believe the BCS championship will be a mess with several top teams having 1 loss. Lets see if Miami helps that theory along

Ohio State vs. Winsconsin-No Clarett, and no everyone thinks the Buckeyes are done. I got news for ya, NOT GONNA HAPPEN...Not versus Wis. Good game though OSU wins by less than 7

    NFL:
Green Bay vs. Kansas City - There's some luster left on Favre's career. He should have a good game at home.

New England vs. NY Giants- They Giants are UNDERACHEIVING at this point, but expect a scrappy PATs team to rise above the injuries. Brady goes for over 400 yards and a few TD's in this one.

    MLB.
    ALCS
NY vs Boston - The last time Roger pitched in Fenway he got a huge standing ovation. Now hes back. The Fenway faithful wont be nearly as friendly this time around. That is unless he gets blown up and exits early after giving up 6 runs. Could be a tough one though, but Pedro is on the mound for the good guys, and the line up should return to normal with Damon back.
