Last Man Standing: "Modern He-Man versus The Gold Ranger"

Ran into this discussion over at the Power Ranger Board.

Now... of course all PR Haters are going to say He-Man would mop the floor with The Gold Ranger, quite possibly the most powerful Ranger of all time.

But I know better.

I do know 80's He-Man could crush them both without breaking much of a sweat, but the modern one is a little weaker and fallible.

So who would win?

In my mind, I see both Prince Adam and Trey(or Jason even...) demorphing and falling in the dirt unconscious in the end.

And none of this, "They'd both lose because they're good guys" or "It wouldn't happen because they're both good."

Also, if you come in here babblin' that since PR iz teh SuX... we will laugh at you.

I'll have to put more thought into it, but who do you think the last man standing would be?

Was Trey the reason for the Gold Ranger being so powerful, or was it something about the source of the Gold Ranger powers? I caught some reruns, I think about a month ago, where Trey was forced to give up the role and Jason took over, but I don't know anything more than that. Also, how long did Jason have the role and what caused his stint as Gold Ranger to end?

Gold.


Hawaii Zeo: Jason has felt overly
exausted. Apparently not relaxing
enough.

Good As Gold: It turns out that
the Gold Ranger powers are too
strong for a regular human being to
contain. Then the 3 Treys are
summoned. Zordon than discovers a
beam (I think) that is passing
through Aquitar, Triforia and Earth.
If the Treys can recieve the beam
with the Gold Staff then they will
merge together. They succeed and
Trey becomes the Gold Ranger again.

Gold Ranger is much quicker then super man plus if both were thrown out of morph[or whatever He-Man calls his henshin/morph] Jason would kick butt besing that he's a master of at least five martial arts while prince Adam packs about as much punch as Bruce Banner.

Actually this current Prince Adam's got mad skills. Enough to whup down on Teela in a straight fight. So, I'd say he was Jason's equal unmorphed.

That was a misquote, I meant He-Man.

You know though,if their sidekicks were brought in Goldie would have a hugely unfair advantege.
