"House of 1,000 Corpses" Talkback (Spoilers)

My g/f and I went to see House of 1000 Corpses last night, and it was cool. This is definitely a movie that is going to have half the crowd love it, and the other half hate it. My g/f was disappointed with it, but like I said, I loved it. It was a lot different than what I thought it was about, but that's cool, nice surprise. There were a few scenes you could tell had stuff missing (since this is the edited version), but it didn't detract from the movie at all. It was just like Zombie said it would be, a plotless bloodfest. There was quite a bit of pervertedness in it, like a liquor store being called Red Hot (Expletive) Liquor. Also, there were quite a few characters from his videos and booklets in the movie. Zombie's girlfriend was really cool and insane. As for the music, well let's just say I went right to the store after the movie and bought the soundtrack. Some of the music reminded me of the music from the GameCube Resident Evil remake. It was nice to finally see this movie, and the ending has a nice twist. If you've been waiting for this movie, it is in your area, you and want to see it on the big screen, I highly recommend it. I can't wait for the uncut version to come out on dvd.
