Velocity aired about an hour and half ago on The New TNN. I'd bet a dollar that someone was there to make fun of Marc Loyd.

I taped it because I was decorating the Christmas tree with my family but I plan on watching my tape real soon. As always you can go ahead and start without me.

Okay I’ll go first.

I am actually getting sick of listening to Cole and Loyd fight with each other. This happens pretty much every time a newbie announcer is hooked up with a veteran and I am just tired of it. Loyd needs a real color man if he and Velocity are ever going to be taken serious. I nominate Ernest Miller.

Soooo… Rikishi fought a guy named Red Dog? It’s tough for me to care about a new guy when he first shows up on Velocity with no fan-fare whatsoever and then loses to a “real” Superstar in under 8 minutes.

I have to agree with Cole and Loyd about Albert & Bill DeMott. I see a lot of potential in the two of them as a team and it has to be better than the two of them trying to make it alone. As for their match with Cussack & Coats or whatever those guys’ names were—see above.

John Cena’s freestyle at the top of the ramp was easily the highlight of the show. I hope we see more of that from this promising young superstar. In regards to Danny “I’m not Dominic” DeNucci—see above.

AT last we got a Superstar vs. Superstar match with Crash and Funaki. This was a great Cruiserweight match and you really didn’t know who was going to come out on top of this one.

I can never find myself wanting to record Velocity. Smackdown comes on at the same time as Velocity and Confidential here, so I can never catch it. Apparently, I'm not missing much. I would give it a chance if Ernest Miller became the CC.
