Synopsis: The X-Men reunite again as Magneto breaks from jail, and Henry Gyrich is revealed to be alive working with Military Officer Agent Stryker to build Sentinels. The X-Men also recruit 2 new team members, Gambit and Nightcrawler.

I heard a rumor a while back that the Sentinels were supposed to be human... and at worst, Cyborgs. Hopefully if I maintain low espectations, I won't be letdown.

Why am I not surprised that the second movie still involves Magneto? But I'm still psyched about Nightcrawler being in the movie, he's such an adorable blue fuzz-ball! And I really hope the Sentinels will be more like their comic/cartoon counterparts then what is rumoured they will be like.

When transfering from comic to live-action movie some changes are necessary. Which is if they made the sentinels smaller robots or cyborgs I wouldn't mind.

I just hope that this one is better then the first and that its a good movie. Also I hope they don't make Nightcrawler look stupid and choose someone good to be Gambit and plays the part well. All I have for this movie is Hope, I'm not to being excited yet...

well..i guess you can slightly justify the possible altering of the sentinels...since this is a live action movie, set more in "the real world"...some gigantic robots thundering through the streets, freaking out and endangering the public(heaven help a poor little half deaf feeble old lady

) would never probably be allowed by the goverment..hey who knows though, but probably not.

Are they going to kill off Wolverine in this movie? Or maybe give him a SMALL part in the movie? Guess it is only in my dreams that X-Men doesn't focus on that character.

I will probably go see the movie.

lol, personally I like Gambit since I've only gotten bits of him in moderation (but I would just as soon kiss a moving train before I picked up his comic book title). Anyway!

I already heard Colossus and Gambit were going to be in the movie, but I thought Gambit had something of a small part. Well, the more the merrier. X-Men has a huge roster of characters to use, let alone Marvel.

I recall Singer saying he was reluctant with using Gambit as his group motivation as outsider was rather covered by Wolvie and would like to explorer other character dynamics with a different type of character.

I suppose he will be cheap to manifest on screen....

Well, since really the only thing I know about the X Men is from the first movie, I don't know much about these new characters, but I'm sure the movie will be good, the first one was pretty good and I knew nothing of the characters then(except for that cartoon like 10 years ago that I'd almost completely forgotten anyway!

)I just hope they don't take advantage of Halle Berrys recent status and overuse her and give her top billing and all that other crap!
