    Young Arthur

We all know this is one of the pilots NBC ordered this past year. However, it did not make the 2002/03 Season cut for fall or midseason. But hey, it looks pretty interesting. Sorta like Harry Potter, only with no wizards as the main characters.

There is a preview page for it, but it has the worst of luck being the index page for the /fall_preview/drama directory.

Suppose it was picked up next season...
I think Scooby-Doo is knida over-rated and all of the HB Dogs should be praised.
Wouldn't it be great if their could be more Peanuts specials on DVD?

    Howdy,

I guess I'm cool with it that King Arthur is making his way back to TV. On the other hand, that plot synopsis looks like it was written by a bunch of guys who heard about the plot to Harry Potter from the Today show and read an executive summary of Excalibur a bunch of times, and then sat down and started writing.

Arthur and Kay are equals at a school for knights? Merlin time-travels to prepare Arthur for his future? Arthur meets Lancelot in the past? Eeeee-yuck. There isn't anything particularly wrong with the existing Arthurian legend which this TV show is going to fix, IMO.
