How much of Vader is..mech?(SPOILERS!)

For starters, I put 'Spoilers!' in the title, because some details as to how Anakin decends into a mechanical man will probably be said, & if you dont want to know how he becomes a weezey cyborg, then click the "back" button on yer browser.

O.k, so...in Attack of the Clones, Anakin gets his entire forearm wacked off(which, BTW, I thought looked hallarious, as Count Dooku just smacked his arm, it flung off, then he through Anakin back, & Anakin just kinda sat there like "...wait a sec....where's my arm? ....oh...that sucks...".
SO, Anakin now has a robotic forearm(hmm..foreshadowing another certain characters decent into possible darkness? hmm....).
O.k, there have been a lot of rumors floating around about the third movie, which will place Anakin into becoming the final Darth...the last Sith....the ever loving Vader. O.k, we know that he has to get cut in the throat somehow (because of his breathing problem), and the rest of his body needs to become incompacitated somehow. Anyone really know how this happens? I'm sure we've all heard about the whole "Obi-Wan knocks him in a lava pit" thing. That sounds like it'd be a cool final battle scene...but...we'll see...

I'm hoping for the lava pit. I reread the novelizations of the original trilogy, and both Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi mention it. Here's one part from the ending of the Return of the Jedi book:

Obi-Wan, his friend... And how that friendship had turned. Turned, he knew not how- but got injected nonetheless, with some uncaring virulence that had festered until... hold. These were memories he wanted none of, not now. Memories of molten lava crawling up his back...no.

In Return of the Jedi--and I wish I had this on tape or DVD to freeze/slo-mo it and verify it for myself--I've read as Vader is electrocuted near the end, we see his bones, real and synthetic. I suppose somewhat with a sharp eye can deduce just how much is man and how much is tin-plated....

how about this for a theroy?
anakin and obi are fighitng in a death star that is still being built. let's say that there is construction going on around them and obi nocks anakin into a welding laser beam or something like that, and it seriously disfigures him...
