I forget exactly how it went, but I loved the part where Green Goblin tells Spider-Man something along the lines of "That's the problem with being a hero, you never know when some maniac will come along with a sadistic choice for you to make." Sticking that bit of self-aware humor at such a dramatic point in the movie was a great move. If someone remembers the exact quote, please post it.

wuh oh
Any line from when Peter was practicing with the web for the first time.
When GG shows up and threatens Jameson, and Spidey shows up:
Jolly Jonah: Spider-Man? Of course! You're behind all of this! you're paying the Green Goblin to do this , your (Jonah goes on ranting.)
Spidey: Sshhh, Mommy and Daddy have to talk now.
(Webs Jonah's mouth shut.)
Classic Spidey right there.![]()
"I love dead. Hate living."
When Norman Osbourne(aka Green Goblin) said "Sorry I'm late, work was murder."
I was once called Patrick Star....a looooooong time ago.........then I needed a break.
I'd be happy if ANYONE remembered me!
The one where Aunt May says, "You're not Superman, you know."
Also, in one of the conversations between Peter Parker and J. Jonah Jameson:
Parker: "Don't you trust anybody?"
Jameson: "I trust my barber."
And then Parker just stares at him.

Without a doubt, my favorite quote from Spider-Man has to be the scene where Peter is on the roof trying to Get his webs to come out. When he shouts "Shazam", I almost laughed to death in the theater.
Another good line was when The Goblin is talking to Spider-Man on the roof about joining him and brings up to psycho making the hero make some choice. It was funny seeing as he ended up doing just that later in the film.
Fly Fatass Fly!!!!!!!
When Norman enters Peter's room with Aunt May and says something about Peter being a slob and May replies
"All brilliant men are."
If that's the case then I'm a friggin' genius!![]()

"I belong to nobody!"- Megatron
"Perhaps I misjudged you; proceed your way to oblivion."- Unicron
J. Jonah Jameson: "Copyright the name Green Goblin. I want a quarter everytime someone says it."
Norman Osborn: "Don't tell Harry."
I feel that a big problem with today's society is that we don't listen to our fellow man -- especially when I'm talking.

My favorite exchange in the movie:
Peter: "That's Slander Mr. Jameson!"
Jameson: "Hey, I take offense to that. Slander is spoken word! ...in print, it's Libel."
Don't you people understand!?!
Here are some of my favorites the first isn't really a quote, but what he did.
Betty Bryant: "Your wife on line one."
JJJ Picks up the phone, then immediatly hangs up.
Peter: "That's Slander Mr. Jameson!"
Jameson: "Hey, I take offense to that. Slander is spoken word! ...in print, it's Libel."
Parker: "Don't you trust anybody?"
Jameson: "I trust my barber."
Notice how they all involve JJJ? Simmons did a great job as JJJ. The theatre was roaring whenever he came on.

I liked it when Peter showed up to MJ's audition. She asks him why and he says, "I was in the neighborhood. It took two trains and a cab to get to the neighborhood though..."
And of course when the cage lowers in the wrestling ring and Peter says, "Hey! Who do you think I am, The Thing?!?"
"That's the worst idea since Greedo shooting first."
-Holden McNeil
"With great power comes great responsibility."
-Uncle Ben
This has to be one of the funnest lines in the movie
Jameson:Well if we can get a picture of julia roberts in a thong we can get a picture of spider-man.
Peter: "That's Slander Mr. Jameson!"
Jameson: "Hey, I take offense to that. Slander is spoken word! ...in print, it's Libel."
Parker: "Don't you trust anybody?"
Jameson: "I trust my barber."
All the web quotes....my god that scene for so much fun.
" Go web go!"
"fly"
"Up up and away web!"
"shazaam!"
And then before he jumps off the building:
"tally ho...."
WHen Pete is about to take pics of MJ
Mary Jane: "Don't make me look ugly!"
"The ones I love are always the ones who pay"
"This is my gift, my curse. Who am I? I'm Spider-Man.!"
And countless other awesome quotes. Boy did that movie seem full of them.

leaf on the wind...
My three favorites were the one I use in my signature, the "Work was murder" line, and when Uncle Ben was looking for a job.
Computer analyst. God. Even the computers need analysts now!
"If somebody told you I was just your average ordinary guy, not a care in the world... Somebody lied."
Even though it came off better in the trailer than the movie, that is still a wicked cool line.

When a man talks dirty to a woman, it's sexual harassment. When a woman talks dirty to a man, it's $3.95 per minute.
Life is a waste of time, time is a waste of life, so get wasted all of the time and have the time of your life.
All great men are dead, and I'm not feeling well.
"Look Pete, with great power, comes great responsibility"
Cliff delivered this line very well.

"With Great Power Comes Great Responsibilty"

I can't believe no one mentioned this one yet...
"That's a nice costume, did your husband give it to you?"
That was classic!
