A good place to check would be TV Shows on DVD.com.

That's CBS' call- they own the rights to both Happy Days as well as Fonz & the Happy Days Gang.
Like it or not, I never apologize for being a fan of whomever they may be.

This might be one of those shows that'll never see the light of day on DVD.

Like the 60's Batman series, The Fonz/Laverne & Shirley/Mork & Mindy cartoons are split between two different companies: CBS Viacom owns the characters, but Hanna Barbera/Ruby Spears produced the shows, so most likely a deal would have to be struck between Paramount/Warner Bros. to release any of those shows.

It's my understanding that those shows were produced by H-B as a work-for-hire. So, Warner would have no legitimate right to them, anymore than Filmation would have rights to the Star Trek cartoon.

It still probably won't come to DVD, but for completely different reasons entirely.

Skoodge "Yeah, but I'm all right now."
Mad Jack the Pirate: "You were DEAD! How do you get better from being DEAD, you Scottish twit?!??"

Yeah Paramount owned the Happy Days cartoons outright (they also own the original Harlem Globetrotters show for some reason) so CBS has them now.... where they will continue to languish like the rest of the Paramount tv catalog.

Same situation with The Brady Kids.
