What the heck just happened with the Baltimore Ravens? The Chiefs somehow squeezed ahead of them...
In the shadow of the lockout or not lockout, the 76th annual NFL Draft marks its second year in prime time. This is also the second year that the non-Super Bowl playoff teams are ranked by playoff performance rather than regular season record. ESPN's SportsCenter "On the Clock" special is on right now with their coverage of the Draft starting at 8 p.m. ET.
The second and third rounds will be Friday with ESPN's coverage starting at 6 p.m. ET. The draft finishes with rounds four through seven starting at 11 a.m. ET on Saturday.
We can all follow along on television or the Internet. Unless you have thoughts on a pick, a "play-by-play" of the Draft is not necessary and amounts to post padding. Thanks.

As a Panthers' homer, I'm going to be cautiously optimistic. Ever since Andrew Luck decided to get stay at Stanford and get his degree, the entire fanbase (me included) losT all the motivation to discuss this pick. I felt it was the worst year to have the 1st selection. I like his size and ability outside of the pocket, but I do realize that he is a project, with some character issues. I wish for the best.
Personally, when it was reported that Steve Smith wanted out, I figured the Panthers we're going to select AJ Green. Marcel Dareus was my second choice.
Even as an UNC fan, I feel really bad for De'Quan Bowers, I've heard his knee injury is degenerative and a lot of teams have taken off their boards completely. I hope he succeeds where ever he goes.
