Any Walmart commercial as don't let those "family friendly" commercials fool you. As they are anything BUT family friendly at the place where I worked for four months. They show favoritism to those that they keep. And show people the door that they don't like, like myself!

I don't know if everybody gets it, but there's a cell phone ad now where this daughter is leaving for college and she and her mother are crying, and they're also in a cell phone store slurring out the new phone's features through mushed faces. This is seriously how they're selling this thing.

And it is awful. I dash for the Mute button every time it starts up.

At least the father-and-son on is tolerable. They're just kind of talking in "coded" words, with subtitles revealing what they're really saying. Nowhere near as annoying as the mother-and-daughter one where they're babbling almost incoherently as they sob and cry uncontrollably.

Still seeing the annoying Heineken one where it's just a couple running around and dancing in some weird bar that looks like a foreign fantasyland or something, while really obnoxious music plays. In fact, I think almost every alcohol-related commercial would qualify for my Most Hated Commercials list because they just seem to nearly always be so annoying.

I know the "Tips from Former Smokers" commercials are supposed to be on tv for a reason, but damn are they disturbing (and that's why I hate them)! Especially the one with the lady putting her whig and scarf on. Time to run out of the room!

Yeah, as soon as I see the little intro I know what's coming next, so I either hit the mute button or jump to another channel for a few moments. Which seems to be what most people do.

Just saw the 'Mikes hard lemonade' ad where the guy answers the door to see the headless body of the deer who's head he has hanging on his wall. Stump and all~ the heavy breathing of the body makes it even more distubing.....they try to lightnen it up by having the deer head asking who's at the door, But it doesn't at all take away from it just being damn creppy, disgusting and disturbing......great way to try and sell some hard lemondae guys..... Okay gee, I remember you product. However, I can only think of a headless deer carcus when I do....are these guys ever gonna learn??

I'm probably the only one here who makes a habit of watching the nightly network news, given how old-skewing and pill-focused the ads on those programs are. Good grief, Cialis, shut up already. You've bought space in every single news program every single day for the past YEAR and run the same thing. I know what your product is by now! And my noodle works fine! Get lost!

Hey guys! Don't mind me or anything, I just have to ask you all a very important question...

    Spoiler:
    Have you "blamed biology" yet?
That one show about that one cat that did that one thing that involved doing some things that he wouldn't normally do or should be doing but he did it anyway for laughs?

You know what that thing did? It spawned a lot of naughty internet things.

What is up with those outdoor bathtubs?
    They seem so gross.

Are they supposed to be sexy?
I don't see it. Sitting in separate tubs, outside. I suppose that's before they retire to their twin beds out on the sleeping porch.
    Get a room.
    A bathroom.

I don't even know how it is supposed to work.
Are you naked or in swimwear?
Is it hot water or cold?
Do you have to install plumbing, use a hose or haul the water there in a bucket?
I hate all combinations of those options.

I guess I can see it in cold water, wearing trunks, on 100+ degree days where there is no other way to cool off. But that's desperate. And you could use a $20 kiddie pool for that. You don't want a crusty old bathtub sitting out on the lawn all year long for that.

    It just grosses me out.
I would be so revolted seeing my old neighbors out on the lawn in tubs.
I wouldn't even want to look anywhere near the tubs on the off chance that they might be in them.

There is one commercial I really don't like. It's a Blip.tv comemrcial for Virgin Airlines. Specifically the one where the lady orders a spicy chicken wrap and there's a naked Hispanic man inside. I always go "WTF?" when I see this commercial. I always wonder if she just wants to eat the chicken wrap or if she wants to have sex with it.

Hilarious. Yeah, all I could ever think about when I see the outdoor bathtubs is the logistics, the hygiene issues, and the horrifying implication that those old people are probably going to have public outdoor sex very near to them when the Cialis kicks in.
Here's the deal, I'm the best there is. I wake up in the morning and I urinate excellence. And nobody can hang with my stuff. I'm just a big hairy American winning machine.

    I'm very humble, too.

Has anyone said anything about the Dee Snider commercial for 1-800-Stanley Steemer?
My TV could use some of that after watching it.
"Legends never die. Networks kill them..."

    "Crimefighters...don't cry...(HONK!)"

    "あなたの弾丸は私に害を与えることができない。私の翼は鋼鉄の盾のようである!"

"This is my childhood. Don't mess with my childhood..."

"You just became part of a bigger universe. You just don't know it yet..."

Ugh! I hate that one! Sometimes commercials focus on subjects that aren't necessarily about the product itself and that's fine. But what in the world does this have to do with anything?! Having a $5 pizza is as satisfying as catching a big fish or dog sitting? I don't even know where to begin when it comes to this commercial. I hope they get enough hate emails and stop airing them.

Ah, yes. My favorite recurring thread on these forums!

    1. This is more of a PSA, but those unskippable "Don't try this at home" spots for WWE DVDs. Most people realize that punching and throwing each other around could freaking kill you. It doesn't need to be hammered in!

    2. I saw this commercial once, and I knew I hated it. It was on a Blip.tv video and the theme was "gut feeling", and I thought "It's probably some stupid Carl Jr's ad or something", because there was a woman nagging out the guy with the gut feeling and Carl Jr's likes to ride the machismo train, but it turned out it was for some car supplies. Any of the elements in the commercial are bad on their own, and combined? It's just so annoying

    3. Viddler used to play this Verizon ad that was annoying and possibly plagiarism. I'm sure you guys remember the "Good Idea, Bad Idea" segments from Animaniacs, and the Verizon commercials basically ran with it. This in and of it's self is forgettable, then out of the blue, some redneck guy says "Howdy, I know Verizon is so great, but I'll stick with AT&T!". There is no difference between Verizon and AT&T's coverage.
