    I've never seen the original Fame, but I'd like to see this one! I love Megan Mullally!

    I saw this tonight. One of the biggest messages of the original was that there was a price for fame. There was grit and real drama. Take that away like this movie did, and you get the kind of blandness High School Musical is famous for. * 1/2
