This is going to put me seriously out of the loop, but I haven't watched Nick at Nite regularly since they used to carry The Best of Saturday Night Live, SCTV, Fernwood/America 2-Night and On the Television.
For example, george lopez is one of my favorite shows along with full house. George Lopez has many funny characters like max and carmen and george. their are many funny episodes like the one where george and his wife( i forget the name) thinks carmen is having a baby. many funny moments

I stopped watching around the late '90s when they started phasing out most of their lineup from that decade (I didn't have TV Land at the time) and they started putting on shows like Sanford & Son which I just couldn't get into. Nowadays it's...well, showing George Lopez. What a waste.
As for specific series, I have fond memories of Get Smart (which is finally coming out on DVD), Mary Tyler Moore, and Welcome Back Kotter. Plus, they used to show the Lucy-Desi Comedy Hour on weekends, which I thought was neat.
I haven't watched anything on Nick at Nite since TV Land was launched, and even that I don't watch ritually. I'm more into old-school animation. Old-school sitcoms don't really do it for me (except for a select few: WKRP in Cincinnati, Night Court).
I haven't watched regularly since 'Facts of Life' was a part of the lineup, and they couldn't even get through the complete run before replacing it. I miss the old school days of Nick at Nite, especially the opening bumps with the guy setting up his living room to watch that was done with this really neat fast forwarding/stop motion camera trick.

I still watch Nick at Nite, but I don't think that it is as enjoyable as it once was. I remember when they had a few more shows to air in the early night hours than two or three. I kind of liked that since that had more variety in the lineup. Now, they mostly play George Lopez, Home Improvement and Family Matters. I think that they'll start airing Nanny in May, but I've never heard of that show before so I don't know what's that like.
Fran Drescher's The Nanny? If N&N picks that show up, I might start tuning in for it. That show (at least in it's first few years) was brilliant.

Honestly, they need to let TBS stick with the cheesy mid-90's/early Y2K junk and go back to quality shows. It's not like TVLand is using them, as they're too busy with reality tv now.
Though, Nick@Nite's current line up would be a bit more tolerable if they actually showed all of the episodes of a series.
