    What worked:

Samoa Joe interview at the start of the show. It's just too bad WWE's resident Samoan is a stereotype, because Umaga could learn something from Joe. But TNA Uncreative's 3 Stooges can't leave well enough alone, so Kurt Luthor, plus the Freak Show (Steiner/Williams/Khan) join the party. Who doesn't belong in this picture? You decide.

Add Williams. It's been 3 years since Petey was the X champ, so he takes a page from his countryman Edge to steal the title from Jay Lethal. Lame in execution. Lame, period.

Speaking of lame, it's time to end the Super Eric/Eric Young debacle. That has Russo's fingerprints all over it. We'd have been better off if LAX won the titles.

Kong squashing Roxxi makes me question why did they even bother to have the Queen of the Cage in the first place.

BTW, Roxxi now looks really hot.

Raisha Saeed is supposed to be from Syria, according to the storyline. I don't know too many Middle Eastern women who wear rainbow colored eye shadow. Time to lose the burqua, honey, and let them see who you really are.

Matt Morgan had been held back from wrestling from the day he came to TNA because the 3 Stooges didn't know what to do with him. Promo was okay, but helping Sting, Booker, & BG only gets Booker upset. Russo's to blame for this, too. Get rid of him!

Here's a better idea. Dixie Carter's invested a lot of money into the company, but has no real clue after nearly 6 years about the business. If Cornette can get some investors together, maybe he buys out Jarrett AND Carter to turn the company around. He's better at booking than the Stooges, and he goes way back with both Mantel & Jarrett. Let Russo go back to doing talk radio somewhere in the bushes. If TNA wants to be a better company, Russo has to go!

Other than the match where Gail Kim actually beat her, that was probably the furthest thing from a squash I've ever seen Kong in.

As much as Russo & Co. have been stinking, and as much as Carter lets them get away with it, her company's money has gotta be all thats keeping TNA going. As great as it would be to have a guy like Cornette (or especially Heyman) booking, we've seen what happens when they're in charge of finances.

Cornette: "I'd like to apologize to the TNA fans for all the stupidity..." Was that a work or a shoot? We may never know....

Even for Russo, this Super Eric thing is stupid. Pull the plug on this gimmick now, not later....

And Petey Williams' X Division "victory" has to be one of the worst screwjobs of all time. To say that the crowd was dead during that segment would be an understatement. You could almost hear the crickets....

And speaking of Petey.... First Edge has two clones trailing behind him and now we have "Little Petey Pump". When will this insanity end?

At least the Impact video game will be good.... if it doesn't get delayed again for about the umpteen millionth time.

What is up with the Impact game? I know THQ is working on the UFC game as well, and I see some conflict of interest in which one they want to get out the door first.

I suppose it's to be expected from an org that gives us stuff like this.

After all that conflict between Tomko and Styles back when we weren't sure if Tomko was evil or not, their title loss this week was really anticlimactic. I have no problems with the Super Eric not being Eric Young thing, as I really like goofy, unrealistic wrestling storylines like this one, I just wish it didn't come at the expense of Tomko & Styles' reign, on an Impact, no less.

Who is this new mic stand girl, where did she come from, and why is she here? She's so much blander than the chick they regularly have.

Supposedly, TNA's self-sustaining and independent now and is turning a profit for the first time this year. That's nothing short of miraculous.

Midway's making it, so there's no conflict.

"I want to apologize ahead of time to the TNA fans for all the stupidity going on on this television program…" - James E. Cornette

I understand he's a full-fledged face now, but I hate it when Joe sucks up to the fans and tells them how awesome they are. Then Steiner came out and Scotty started taking over the segment, giving Petey the 'X' case. Then we got Angle out there too.

The interaction between Dutt and JB was great. Jeremy is on to you Sonjay!

I was surprised yet I know I shouldn't have been to see Petey attack Lethal and take the title. I was pretty confident he would win the belt as an advancement of the "Little Petey Pump" angle, but so soon I was not expecting.

Matt Morgan's promo was pretty good. I was always confused why WWE let him go. The stuttering angle they gave him was stupid.

Costing a team the tag belts takes the Super Eric thing too far. It's Blue Blazer all over again only without the delicious cheese. I can't believe A.J. and Tomko got that work for them.

Team 3D weren't too happy with each other after they lost to Cage & Rhino. We've seen a version of this movie before and it didn't work out very well for either one. Just keep them together.

Cornette yelling at the Knockouts was kind of funny, but I'm not sure what it means other than he's still running at a very high stress level.

So Booker got mad at Sting for defending Matt Morgan helping them get the win? Okay.

Is it me, or is TNA ripping off storylines that the WWE already did years ago? That one right now is just a rip-off of the Mr. America storyline, and the Samoa Joe/Angle feud is similar to the Cena/Edge feud of 2006.
