    I'm not especially loyal to any Basketball or Hockey teams, I just wait for the playoffs and pick someone to root for (never the Lakers though).

    Hey naraht, how does a Texan get to be a Mets fan?

    =D It started when I was very young...and all of my friends were Mets Fans...cause the Mets had won the 86 Series...I didn't follow baseball @ the time, but got interested, cause my friends liked the team. Well, as time went on the Mets got bad, and my friends all switched to liking good teams, but I stuck with my Mets.

    For you Yankees, my mom has baby pictures of me dressed up in a Yankee's uniform, cause she's from the Bronx..and like the Yankee's for some reason =O

    Although I'm a diehard Mets fan, I like the Yankees too. I've been to many more Yankees games than Mets games cause I live so much closer to Yankee stadium. I usually root for the Yankee in the World Series, except for 2000 of course, which was too painful for words.
