Carlos and Gaby get temporary custody of baby Lily, Bree's father and stepmother come to town to mediate between Andrew and her, and Susan suddenly finds Karl back in her life.

Here we go again:

- I love Carol Burnette, no matter what I'm watching her in. The reaction to Andrew's, ahem, collection, was priceless.

- Lynette's subplot was both funny and creepy at the same time, although stuff like this really does happen. The opening bit with the teacher was hilarious. "You'll never guess what your daughter will do for a ginger snap." Lol.

- No Applewhites again this week. I hope we get to see them next week.

- Looks like Gabby's actually starting to get a real sense of motherhood. Although it would have nicer if she'd have gotten it BEFORE leaving the baby home alone. And it looks like next week, the baby's biological father shows up, and it looks like Quentin #2 from 'Grace Under Fire'.

- Good to see Bree and Andrew starting to get along. I hope it lasts and that she really does start to accept Justin and Andrew. I kind of figured if Bree and Justin had an actual conversation, they'd start to get along.

Random comment: it's a recap episode next week.

Paul Young and Felicia Tillman is shaping up to be the war of the century! I didn't comment last week after it took me so long to watch it, but someone mentioned that Felicia hated her sister (Mrs. Huber) and I recall that as being correct, so I don't see why she is so mad at Paul. Is it wrong that I want to cheer for the murdering, co-baby stealer here?

For how badly she wanted a baby after she lost hers, I was shocked that Gabi was being so selfish again. So far only near tramatic events seem to have any effect on her, but Xiao-Mei being at the spa seemed to snap her back to reality. I think Gabi now realizes Lily needs her.

Lynette had a fun story this week with Parker asking questions he need not know the answer too. I like when Mary Alice introduces us to characters like the 'shaming' teacher, the woman tells such good stories. It appears the Scavos have a puppy now.

I don't know what to make of Karl at this point. And if I'm not sure what to think, I can't imagine Susan does either. Seems like she made the right call at least for now. It's amazing Julie has turned out as well as she has.

Ronny Cox and Carol Burnett were great as Henry and Eleanor. It appears they are even more uptight than Bree is (or was ). I don't know if those were actually Andrew's things or if it was something Bree and Justin planted, but it seems that things are going to start to get better at the Van De Kamp household. Someone needed to take that first step and Bree showed, rather than told, Andrew that she loves him no matter what.

I think those things were either from Justin's personal stash, or something Bree asked him to get ahold of. Although it would have been extremely hilarious to see Bree go into an adult store to get those things herself.

Next week's a recap? I'll have to tune in, considering DH takes several weeks between new eps.
