The only movie I'm really pumped at the moment for 2005 is BATMAN BEGINS. I'm sure I'll see a number of those other movies in theatres but I'm not really counting the seconds for that one.

I'd want to put STAR WARS Ep. 3 in that list, though. It had better be good, because if that movie sucks, there's no real point to the prequel trilogy ever being made; if they can't get this episode right, then something is wrong.

I REALLY want to see the movies in bold

    Q1
Ring 2 - In a weird way, I enjoyed the plot of the first one. May be somewhat entertaining.
Robots - Ice Age was an okay movie, I might wind up seeing this one.

    Q2
Batman Begins - Batman's my favorite superhero, why not?
Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy - I loved the book, they can't go wrong with a movie.
Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith - While the last two Star Wars movies were disappointing, they were all still great movies. This is kind of a no-brainer for me.

    Q3
Fantastic Four - Most superhero movies aren't that bad, I might go out and see this one.
Legend of Zorro - I loved the Mask of Zorro, I'm really looking forward to this one.
Madagascar - Dreamworks Animation has made a few really great movies recently. As a summer title, I'm sure this one would be big.

    Q4
Cars - Has Pixar ever made a bad movie? This one doesn't look like it will be nearly as good as Nemo but it still looks good.
James Bond 21 - The latest James Bond movies were moderately decent, there's a small chance of me seeing this.
The Wallace & Gromit Movie - The Wallace and Gromit shorts were all pretty enjoyable and Chicken Run was a great movie. I don't think I can go wrong with this one.

For me, it's all Batman Begins. I've been looking forward to this thing ever since it was called Batman: Year One, and Frank Miller and Darren Arfonsky were in charge of it. I've followed the project through all of its stages, and I've never been anything except very excited about it. I'm looking forward to a lot of other movies, but Batman Begins is, for me, the one thing that I'm hoping will make 2005 awesome.

Fantastic Four, meanwhile, looks like a potential disaster.
