hey everybody! me and my brother are working on flash cartoons and i just wanted to know what everyone thought of the site and the presentation, here is the link www.geocities.com/cooljarjar

any constructive criticism would be greatly appreciated too!! but keep in mind that the characters look a good bit better in there newer form, we switched the animation software, but i haven`t uploaded any of the new stuff yet.

Awesome! You ought to put the red and the blue on T-shirts or something. It's a simple-- bold design, yet it can be so much more.

wow thanks alot!! we are currently working on a series of cartoons, and we will release a teaser trailer shortly, but we changed animation software and are having a tough time getting used to it. but thanks for the kudos!!!

You need a page to tell us how you did that! I also have SWiSH and hoping to do animation on it!

well actually it was pretty simple, we just came up with the characters on paper, and then just used circles and lines ot create them in swish. the animating part is kinda tricky, you have to use some math with it. and you pretty much have to do each motion by hand. the entire animation is done with swish for all the movies we have up currently, but the backgrounds is done with Jasc PaintShop Pro, but i`m sure any paint program will suffice. but i`ll try putting up a section about how we did that too. right now we are using toon-boom, which if you got aropund $375.00 i would say to get it, but i`m still trying to save for it. but there is a 30 day trial for it at www.toonboom.com, the one we are using is the toonboom animation studio. hope that helps some!! let me know how your animation works out!!

UPDATE: the new trailer is almost finished, it should be done tonight. keep an eye out for it on the site


Also, i`m running into problems doing voice acting, not with the trailer since it is silen. but, i need some software that alows you to edit different qualities of the sound file, does anyone know where i can find soemthing like this??

one quick note, the demo was kinda rushed, but we are fixing some problems and changeing the site a bit. i should be done tweaking everything by the end of today

i just finished the script for the first episode, so next up is story boarding and then voice acting, then finally, animating. let me know how the trailer was too

thanks!!! i`m slowly starting to alter the site as i learn html, and i`m gonna get a domain once i get some $$$. i`ve tried doing one thing on the site, i don`t put any adds of my choosing, i tried not to get a guest book cause it bugs me when people just beg you to sign it, and i wasn`t gonna get a counter but i decided to anyways. oh and i`m not a one man team, it`s me and my brother, and soon to be more. i`m trying to get members for the message board so we could have some conversations about the cartoons and stuff
