Here you go.

Every time you decide not to go to my artist's blog an angel has its wings viciously mutilated. Do you really want that on your conscience?

Really good. You've captured the perspectives of both angles very well, and the proportions are close enough, albeit slightly exagerated, which isn't a bad thing.
The only things I can find wrong are minor. First, the Monk's left index and middle fingers have no bent third knuckle. Try making that hand position yourself, and you'll see what I mean. There's no way his third knuckles can be straight like they are in the drawing. Crook them inward just a tad and you've got a very nice looking hand. Second, he seems kind of "floaty," as my drawing professor would say. Use the feet more carefully. The feet can have a more noticeable bend at the toes to show that he's really putting some weight on them.
I can't comment on the strong guy since I know next to nothing about musculature. All in all you've got some great stuff, Joey.
