Are these yours LLJ? I like the second one so far as idea. The first is far better pictorially - the composition, characters and presentation, but not as punchy (excuse the pun) as a sequence. Both have merits!

Yeah, I was thinking about that too. I don't want to give too much credit to either one, since I did these very quickly on the subway, but I want to like the first one better because I spent a bit more time on it. The second one I did in 10 minutes flat, yet for some reason it seems to work better for me.

I think that comes across. The first one looks better but lacks the general feel of the second. Considered redoing them with a little more time and treating this as a starting plan?
