What do you mean from "disney Afternoon"?
I finally have Digital Cable TV after a two-week delay (they hadn't replaced the underground cables for my neighborhood yet), so I had a chance to check out this "Toon Disney" channel that everyone's both ranting and raving about.
One of the shows I watched was "House of Mouse." Basically, the premise is recycled "MouseWorks" cartoons with a nightclub built around them. But some of the 'toons, particularly the ones with Goofy, are a real hoot. Another thing I like about the show is the staff mingling with the stars from classic Disney 'toons. (e.g. White Rabbit after Goofy reads him the Thanksgiving menu: "I'm late! I'm late! Don't you have any fast food?" Cinderella in the same episode: "I'm thankful for friendly mice who make fine evening wear"--or something like that; Pinocchio hanging out with Pain and Panic from Hercules).
One of this morning's episodes involved Chip n'Dale stealing the guests' free peanuts, and poor Donald getting the blame and being banished to the lobby, while the chipmunks get off scot-free. A much better and funnier missed episode opportunity: a "Rescue Rangers" reunion, with neither of the original cast speaking to each other, and Mickey and Co. trying to get everyone back on speaking terms.
Which brings me to one of my small nitpicks about the show: Where are the characters from "Disney Afternoon?" They're just as Disney as everybody else.

I recall hearing somewhere that save for Max (Goofy's son), they wanted to keep "House of Mouse" more in line with old school Disney (vs. the modern TV series)---hence, no Darkwing, "Rescue Rangers" versions of Chip and Dale, etc. (though Pepper Ann did put in a very brief cameo in the very first episode).
