#211 "There's Something About Rene" -- The Prouds hire the perfect nanny but when Trudy ends up with nothing to do, she sends the nanny packing. (Tisha Campbell guest stars.)

#212 "Hmmm... Tastes Like... " -- When Suga Mama enters a snack contest against Oscar and ends up winning with her secret recipe, they decide to join forces and go into business together.

#213 "One In A Million" -- Penny wins a chance to shoot a half court shot at a basketball game for one million dollars. Oscar convinces her to let him make the shot in order to make good on a high school dream. (Kobe Bryant guest stars.)

#214 "Pulp Boot Camp" -- Penny takes on the role of a bad girl when she goes undercover to do an expose for the school paper and gets caught up in the power of intimidation and her parents are left with no options but to send her to boot camp.

#215 "Crouching Trudy, Hidden Penny" -- When Penny and her friends decide to take martial arts, they soon realize that it's not all fun and games like it is in the movies.

#216 "Duck Story" -- When Penny convinces her mom to let her adopt an abandoned duck, she begins to have second thoughts after the duck goes on a rampage and turns against her entire family.

#217 "Johnny Lovely" -- When Penny and her friends are rehearsing for their upcoming debutante ball, they meet a mysterious but very polite and well-mannered young man named Johnny Lovely. Penny is skeptical at first but they all end up learning a thing or two about what it means to be "lovely."

#218 "The Camp... The Counselor... The Mole... and The Rock" -- When Penny and her friends volunteer to be junior camp counselors, Oscar decides to have one of the camp kids spy on Penny to make sure she isn't hanging out with any boys. (Kirk Franklin guest stars.)

#219 "Tween Town" -- After Penny has an argument with her mom and dad, she wishes all the adults would just disappear. To her amazement, Al Roker appears and grants her wish and all the kids in the world start running things. (Al Roker guest stars.)

#220 "Penny Potter" -- When Suga Mama's not-so-favorite sister, Spice, comes in town and ends up scamming Oscar out of money, Suga Mama comes to his rescue and saves the day.

#221 "It Takes A Thief" -- Penny is falsely accused of stealing a watch from her new job at Wizingdale's and Suga Mama helps Penny get her good name back. (Ashanti guest stars.)

#222 "Wedding Bell Blues" -- Suga Mama shocks everyone when she announces she marrying her new beau, Clarence, but Oscar is convinced that this guy is only after her money. (Smokey Robinson guest stars.)
