    Like This Thread!
For fans of KP what made you wanna watch KP for the first time? or why did you?

For me. the only reason i started watching was because im a big fan of Christy Romano; i was sick to death of hilary duff, and now i actually like the show and am hooked.

I usually give all shows a chance so I tried it out. Also, because I wanted to hear John Dimaggo. (I'm a big Futurama fan)
I guess this means that we'll be seeing Jimmy's ugly CGI face pop
into all the different Nick shows like he's the all-important god of the
    network. God, I hate Nick.

I was flipping past channels one day and I heard some music on Disney that did not sound like the normal commercial stuff, so I stopped. I caught the tail end of their promo video for the show. At first I thought "What kinda of crap did Disney waste money on this time". But something about the animation made me check back on the channel every now and then. Soon enough, I saw the full commerical. The song, albeit kinda corny, was catchy. The animation looked like it had a high framerate, even though the details were simple, and I was intrigued by the naked mole rate. So I watched the show when it premiered and I was shocked to find out that it was actually quite good.

Kim Possible has an odd affect on people, it has the utmost potential to suck, yet each time it airs, it does'nt.

Totally Spies is Ok, but Kim shows how that show should be done for 30 minuets, ts only manages to draw in viewers for 15 before the predictability sets in...

mainly because im a Will Friedle fan. I have watched just about anything he has done, since Boy Meets World. (Batman Beyond, and some minor acting roles. Mainly Trojan War) He never fails to make me laugh, even if the material is mediocre or worse (there are some pretty bad Disney Channel movies out there). from there, the show continued to impress me, with the clever spy movie jokes, and the good mix of action and comedy. even that darn mole rat doesnt annoy me like i thought it would. all in all, i think its a good show.

I watched KP during its premiere expecting to have have more Disney-bashing fodder, but came out extremely impressed. I haven't liked a Disney-animated show this much since the Disney Afternoon ended all those years ago.
Yup. It's a signature. Go away if you're expecting something interesting here.

I first watched it so I could say how horrible it is. Turns out it isn't half bad.

I was flipping channels and saw a pretty hot animated chick. I ended up watching the rest of episode to try to figure out who it was and what show it was.

For me, it was just another new show to try out. For a Disney show today, it didn't look that bad. It's even rather enjoyable!

My little brother and his friend were watching it, so I decided to give it a shot. It definately wasn't what I expected it to be. Way to go, Disney! It's about time you actually got a show that was funny.

I started watching when people on this site said it wasn't half bad. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised. It's A breath of fresh air for what I thought was A sorry network, and while it may not always be in the same league as "Powerpuff Girls", or "Samurai Jack", it works on it's own terms.

Same here, except that I also thought it could be the the first really good animated original series from Disney since the Disney Afternoon days. It's an entertaining show which I'll watch once in awhile, but I'm far from being a regular viewer.

I'm not a Kim Possible fan yet, but I watched it one Saturday morning about 7 a.m., just to see if the show was "All That..."

It ain't bad at all. I wouldn't mind seeing it every Saturday morning at 7:00 a.m. (beats watching "Baby Looney Toons"--I always put the TV on "Mute" when the titular song comes on--SHMUCK*-EE!) I have to miss it at it's regular time (11 a.m.) because I ususally have to be at my job around noontime (long bike ride!)

Well I liked Disney's last new show (The Proud Family) and decided that this may be worth it. When I first saw the commercial, something about it just grabbed me. I don't know if it was the artwork or just the enthusiasm with which the people in the commercial where talking about it. As the hype went on I just saw more, and more things interesting about the show. Finally it premeired (I caught the tail end of the last ep) and I laughed. So then I decided I like the show.

    Curiosity and curiosity.

It's not my favorite show, but I like it. I saw the first three episodes on its first night. "Crush" was all right, if a bit heavy-handed in establishing Ron. (In fact, the show constantly walks a fine line between showing Ron in a good light and having terrible stuff happen to him. It's what I call the CatDog factor, except on that show, the writers forget about that first part when handling Cat.) "Sink or Swim" was next and this is, perhaps, my favorite KP episode ("I am no longer Gil. Now, I am Gill!"). After that came "The New Ron". Though Ron inadvertently gave Senor Senior Sr. the idea to become a villain, the way that it played out with SSS and Senor Senior Jr. trying to be villainous was funny.

Also, Rufus is adorable, and the voice acting is terrific (with special nods to Will Friedle and Nancy Cartwright).
I feel that a big problem with today's society is that we don't listen to our fellow man -- especially when I'm talking.
