Lilo & Stitch - Numerous Questions

Hello once again XD; I've been racking my mind with some of these questions, the biggest and also a concern of mine is Where are the fans on the net? Sure I have seen some fan fiction and some fan art at Side7 but where are the sites? There all low end generic geocities pages, from what I've heard L&S has somewhat of a Lion King like following, and just look at the heap of high quality Lion King sites! I have been searching forever for a great L&S site and haven't found it yet! Second question, where are some of the images for the characters in the upcoming TV Series? Bird Boy says he has seen them but never posted them, did Disney tell him not to or something? I would love to see the various experiments, also if the supposed date for L&S on DVD and Video is December 10th when will the sequel be released? Since it takes less time to make and was being made the same time as the movie will it be released first quarter next year!? XD; Please someone help me out here!

The film just came out two months ago. Give it a few more months, and I'm sure there will be a bunch of fan sites up.

Hmmm... I guess you're right, I just love it so much it's hard to wait @_@ I lost my copy of Golive 6.0 so I can't make my own! ::Cries:: Besides I rather have a profession fan make a good looking site XD;

Yea, Lilo and Stitch was a kick ass movie! I saw it 3 times in the same week, i love it so much!

Alright, let me see if I can answer some of these. First, the reason you don't see as many Lilo & Stitch websites is because it didn't have as big a following as Lion King. Lion King made $300+ million in theatres while Lilo & Stitch stands at about $150. Certainly Lilo was successful for Disney, but NOWHERE near as successful as the Lion King and thus less fans means less fan sites are out there.

Next, I'm not sure where you can see images of the other experiments, but I imagine Disney will be releasing pictures when they're about to start airing the series.

As for the sequel, there are actually TWO of them. Okay, there is "Stitch! The Movie" which comes out next summer on VHS/DVD and is a bridge between the movie and the TV Series that will air in the Fall of 2003. Then, sometime in 2004, "Lilo & Stitch 2" will be released.
