Why can't people ever JUST ENJOY THE DAMN MOVIE??

Yes...it's this topic again. (I'm a stubborn bugger)
The scene in question, it is rumoured, goes something like this:
Lilo is at home, and is again somewhat depressed for being shunned by her classmates. She makes crude figurines of her classmates out of spoons and puts them in a pickle jar. Then she shakes the spoons within the brine and says somewhat poutily, "My classmates must be punished."
I guess this being a VERY short scene, it's probably pretty harmless and not something most critics are going to make a note about. I guess we'll find out next week...

RIP Sir Dusty Plains of Iowa, aka Dusty. I'm gonna miss you, boy.
I am enjoying it. I'm enjoying talking about it even before it comes out.
While this may have some backing as voodoo I think for the most part a lot of the audience would just understand this as "anger management" for Lilo instead of the practice of voodoo. Remember as kids where you would work off your anger against other people by playing a video game or going outside to play? I think for the most part it's her way of getting over her anger while also giving voodoo a bit of a cameo but not making it so overly apparent as to insult the soccer moms of society.

I agree. That's why I said it's harmless.
