    This has actually been going on for quite some time, and I imagine that it won't be decided/settled for years.

    I doubt Disney will lose the rights for Pooh, that's their number one reliable cash cow. They'll probably pay a big settlement or cut the plantiffs in for a bit of the profits, first.

    I don't see Disney losing Pooh, they'll probalbly pay a pretty penny to keep the rights to it, but they won't lose it.

    Although this might sound silly, I'm pretty much with Lasswell on this one. It would be nice to see Pooh back to its rightful roots... it definitely beats the insane merchandising and general commercialisim currently plaquing Pooh.

    Just my poorly-written two and a half cents.

    even though it would be nice to see Disney lose the rights to Pooh, i dont think that it will happen
