If I worked for Disney, I would probably try and convince Disney to treat their TV animation department with more respect, bringing the monetary benefits to mind. Also, I would produce my own show for Disney.
I know someone made a similar thread considering whether they wanted to work for CN or whatnot if they ever got the shot to do so.
This piqued my curiosity, if only to simply ask this - Could you imagine yourself working with/for Disney?
Better yet, how could/would you contribute to Disney in such a position?

*waves* ello there again!
When the first concepts of my cartoons came into fruition, and I gradually started adding more and more to characters and stories, I weighed the three big kid networks along with their sister networks to see where they would all fit. The majority fell under Cartoon Network with The Hub or Nicktoons as runner ups, mainly because they're either action centered or fantasy centered. Though there are two other works that have me leaning more toward either Nick or Disney.
One is for general audiences 6-11 revolving around a group of fourth graders and their unconventional teacher, and another is centered around a teenage girl and her family, audiences roughly 6-11/6-14. The one for general audiences seems more up Disney's alley granted they change their stance on animation. We see so little on the main network right now, which has me glancing toward XD, which I think is a good idea of a kid's network if it gets better original programming, a mix of old and new animation, and programming blocks--never can go wrong with those imo. One thing I have and always will give to Disney is that--despite the excess of kidcoms that focus on their female protagonists--seem more family oriented in all their projects tv and film than the other two--only rivaled by The Hub in that aspect. My love of working for kids and finding out what they like could work well with Disney, becuase no matter how many of their new shows I don't like, when I babysit I always find that all the kids love EVERYTHING on the channel (I didn't expect Jessie to do so well until I read the ratings). I would like for them to take a more general audience approach when it comes to their main channel, with shows entertaining both sides like Phineas and Ferb, and past shows Even Stevens, American Dragon, Phil of the Future, etc Also a little more experimentation on their live action projects. While I can see all these IAL shows puts 6-11 butts in seats, it wouldn't hurt at all to see some other company garnish the schedule with a non-laugh track show.

If I ever worked for Disney, I would revamp its animation studio, entirely. My main thing is to mix up the variety of both comedy and action/adventure scifi/fantasy animated programs, go a similar route with live-action programs, make sensible deals with producers, etc.- make Disney into the studio that they can be, especially competing with archrival Warner Bros.
Like it or not, I never apologize for being a fan of whomever they may be.
I have a cartoon idea based on a comic I got published a few years ago. The lead characters are female, but it has a lot of slapstick comedy so hopefully everyone can enjoy it. If that show would go anywhere, it would be on Disney Channel.
If I was in charge, I'd increase animation production content not only on the network, but through other venues like original animated shorts during the break, and web animated series on Youtube.
