Hopefully Disney will stick to the PG rating and let it remain in tact. If they dumb it down for a G rating they risk losing major parts of the story and destroying what looks to be a great movie, IMO.

It looks like Disney will be trying another risk with making Lilo & Stich PG (for 'mild sci-fi violence'). It's unknown if Disney will stick with that rating, or edit it to G.

Hrrrmmmm. Very interesting. That keeps my hopes high that the flick will be good and break a few more Disney molds. Then again, the last two Disney "classics" with PG ratings, The Black Cauldron and Atlantis, did pretty badly. But on the other hand, Ice Age and Shrek did swell with PG ratings. So we'll just have to see.
Anyone ever notice that practically nothing is rated G anymore? Odd that...

You read it... you can't un-read it!
I'm surprised Tarzan didn't get PG for Violence, and Inspector Gadget PG-13 for Sexual harassment.
