    Eisner Reelected CEO of Disney

Demonstrating what a difference a few hit movies and television shows can make in the life of a media mogul, Walt Disney Co. shareholders, meeting in Minneapolis, overwhelmingly supported the reelection of all 12 members of the board. In particular CEO Michael Eisner won the support of 92.2 percent of the stockholders. A year ago, 45 percent withheld their votes from Eisner.

does this mean we're won't get rid of Eisner for a while ???
    Please god no !!!!

    New Disney Animation Forum Rule

Effective immediately, the focus of the Disney Animation Forum will be just that: Disney Animation. The discussion of Michael Eisner, The Disney Corporation, and the “65 Episode Limit” is no longer acceptable on this forum and will be considered warnable behavior.

Eisner is still the dumbest CEO ever, and sure he rakes in cash, but that's about all he's good at. Listen to this one:

Eisner attempted to stop the War
The Internet Movie Database observes that from Wednesday, January 26 through Friday, January 28, Michael Eisner conversed with DisneyWar author James Stewart, from mid-afternoon to 10:00pm. These talks consisted of Eisner attempting to persuade Stewart to make thorough alterations in the anticipated book, coming to stores nationwide on February 22, 2005. Oddly enough, supposedly, many parts of the book that Eisner was denying were taken from Eisner's own autobiography. On Monday, January 31, Stewart responded to Eisner's urges, insisting that the deadline was up for him to make changes, to which Eisner replied, "I own a publishing company. You can always delay."
Um, Mr. Eisner, I think he already knew that. That was a zinger....

And I don't see how Eisner himself had anything to do with many recent successes on ABC, especially since he said HE HATES LOST.
