Old Star Trek actors don't die, they just move to doing voices on Gargoyles.
Heck, the main reason I watched the show when it came out was Frakes and Sirtis.
if memory serves this is the entire list of Star Trek actor's who've appeared in Gargoyles
Johnathan Frakes (Xanatos, C.O.Y.O.T.I.)
Marina Sirtis(Demona, and I think Margot on a few occasions)
Michael Dorn (Coldstone, Taurus)
Brent Spiner( Puck)
LeVar Burton (Anansi)
Colm Meaney( Dugan's father in "the hound of Ulster)
Avery Brooks( Nokkar, "Sentinel")
Kate Mulgrew(Anastasia Renard, Titania)
Nichelle Nichols (Diane Maza)
and if I'm not mistaken a number of Gargs Regulars did guest shots on various Star Trek incarnations ( I know for a fact Matt "Jackal" Frewer was in a TNG episode) another interesting tidbit is this all started when Greg Weisman gave Frakes the part of Xanatos, he contacted Marina and word got around (as franchises go, Trek Alumni tend to stay in contact with each other more than most)

Im surprised Rene Auberjonois (Odo from Deep Space Nine) didnt make that list, since he actually did animated voice work long before he was on Star Trek. If i remember correctly, he voiced DeSaad on the later seasons of the Superfriends. He also voiced the same character on Justice League.
Actually, while looking through his biography on IMDB, i see he was also in other fan-favorites like Mighty Max, The Adventures of Dark Water, Smurfs, Go-Bots and even The Jetsons. Im really amazed he never made it to Gargoyles now.
Cool. I always wondered how the Star Trek casting came about. Btw, Salli Richardson (Elisa) appeard on ST: DS9 --
"Star Trek: Deep Space Nine" (1993) playing "Fenna/Nidell Seyetik" (as Salli Elise Richardson) in episode: "Second Sight" (episode # 2.9) 21 November 1993

I never liked the introduction of aliens to the Gargoyles mythos...because that's what it is, myth and legend, not Sci-Fi (well, just with earth tech, anyway.)
Television Blows. So enjoy it.

You really wouldn't like Gargoyles 2198 then.

In the episode "Time's Arrow part 2", the TNG cast was pretending to be an acting troupe doing "Midsummer Night's Dream". Data reads Puck's first line, "How now, spirit! whither wander you?", yes, using the same Puck voice he would later use in Gargoyles.
In the episode "Spirit Folk", the holodeck characters of a small Irish town frequented by the Voyager crew start to notice things aren't quite right, and accuse the crew of being fairies. They finger Janeway as being the Queen of the Fairies, which in fact she was several years earlier in Gargoyles.
Morgan Sheppard (Odin and Petros Xanatos) is another.and if I'm not mistaken a number of Gargs Regulars did guest shots on various Star Trek incarnations ( I know for a fact Matt "Jackal" Frewer was in a TNG episode)
Salli Richardson (Elisa) was in a rather forgettable epsiode of DS9 as well.
David Warner (Archmage), who's done a lot of things really, also has done Trek.
